Demand for dashcams is on the rise in recent years as drivers seek to protect themselves from traffic accidents such as aggressive driving. To meet the needs of drivers, Pioneer will be releasing three new models, including the VREC-DZ810D, a high-quality, high-performance dual-camera dashcam.

4K recording captures every detail

The top-of-the-line model, the VREC-DZ810D, features 4K recording for its front camera. With a resolution four times higher than standard Full HD, it clearly records even the finest details, such as license plates and road signs. Other models, including the rear camera, also feature high-sensitivity Full HD recording, clearly capturing the license plates of moving vehicles.

“Ultra Night Sight” for peace of mind even at night

The VREC-DZ810D and VREC-DZ410D are equipped with Ultra Night Sight, which combines Sony’s STARVIS™ CMOS sensor with Pioneer’s proprietary AI-ISP image processing technology. This technology reduces noise and records clear, high-contrast images even when driving at night or in dark parking lots. The rear camera supports Night Sight, a high-sensitivity recording function, ensuring clear images even in tunnels. Additionally, both the front and rear cameras are equipped with a 9-level exposure compensation function, allowing you to individually adjust the brightness of the rear view.

Designed for ease of use

The compact, all-in-one design means it won’t obstruct your view even when mounted directly to the windshield. The power cable and rear camera cable use L-shaped terminals, allowing for neat and tidy wiring. The VREC-DZ810D and VREC-DZ410D models are equipped with a large 3.0-inch LCD monitor. Recorded video and the operation screen are easy to see, and the control buttons are located at the bottom of the unit, making operation smooth even when mounted behind a mirror.

Full functionality and a reassuring 3-year warranty

It comes with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty, allowing for worry-free use. It also comes with a variety of other features, including parking monitoring, SD memory card formatting free function, and SD card format warning function. The VREC-DZ810D and VREC-DZ410D models also feature a drive support function to help drivers drive safely. A 32GB high-endurance microSD card is also included.
