The Suzuki Escudo has been removed from the lineup on the official Suzuki website, and when I checked with a Suzuki dealer, they said it had also been removed (no press release was released). They also said the Ignis had been removed. What will happen to Suzuki’s future SUV models? It’s said that the Fronx will be introduced around August 2024.

Suzuki “Escudo” overseas model will continue to be sold
Suzuki Europe has updated the Vitara (known as the Escudo in Japan) and unveiled the 2025 model on April 2, 2024. The European Vitara has undergone a further facelift and upgraded safety features. It also features a redesigned exterior (front bumper and aluminum wheels) and a new infotainment system. Regarding powertrain options, the new model offers hybrid and mild-hybrid options, retaining the previous model.
