On January 11, 2024, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association (JADA) and the All Japan Light Motor Vehicle Association (ZENK) announced their preliminary figures for passenger car sales by model and light four-wheel vehicle sales by common name for fiscal year 2023. This time, we’ve compiled a top 5 annual sales ranking for Nissan vehicles from the figures released.
[2023] Nissan Annual Sales Ranking
Among passenger cars, the Note took the lead with 102,508 units. In second place was the Serena with 75,673 units, and in third place was the X-Trail with 27,129 units. The top car had over 100,000 units, but the cars in second place and below were all below 70,000 units, so there was a big difference in the number of units sold. The Note held an overwhelming share. Many of the models use “e-POWER,” which can be said to have led to an increase in sales.
