The path to product lineup renewal and expansion

Crossover MPV “MITSUBISHI D:X Concept”

Mitsubishi Motors unveiled the MITSUBISHI D:X Concept, an electric crossover MPV that employs a PHEV system, for the first time in the world at the JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023 on October 25, 2023. Inspired by the image of a future Delica, the MITSUBISHI D:X Concept is an electric crossover MPV concept car that evokes a sense of adventure, typical of Mitsubishi Motors.

Combining the spacious interior space of an MPV with the off-road capabilities of an SUV, the PHEV offers a powerful and comfortable ride that expands your range of activities, making it the perfect companion for an active mobility lifestyle and supporting a wide range of adventures.

The robust D-pillars, which are also used in the current Delica D:5, and each pillar section have been further strengthened using the ring-shaped rib bone frame, which has an established reputation for its high safety in the Delica D:5, achieving high levels of safety and a spacious interior space that envelops occupants in a sense of security.
