On January 11, 2024, the Japan Automobile Dealers Association (JADA) and the All Japan Light Motor Vehicle Association (ZENK) announced their preliminary figures for passenger car sales by model and light four-wheel vehicle sales by common name for fiscal year 2023. This time, we’ve compiled a top 5 annual sales ranking for Mazda vehicles.
[2023] Mazda Annual Sales Ranking
Among passenger cars, the CX-5 took the top spot with 25,714 units. In second place was the CX-60 with 23,941 units, and in third place was the MAZDA2 with 20,706 units. It’s a bit disappointing that Mazda doesn’t have a single model in the 30,000 unit range. Furthermore, the CX-8, which will be discontinued, ranked fifth, and the launch of the new generation CX-80 model following its discontinuation may have an impact on the 2024 sales figures.
