Toyota Motor Corporation announced on March 22, 2024, that it will open its “New Tokyo Headquarters” in Shinagawa, Tokyo in fiscal year 2029. Toyota Motor Corporation’s “New Tokyo Headquarters” will acquire part of the office space within the proposed building as part of the (tentative name) Shinagawa Station West Exit Area A New Construction Project (former Shinagawa Goose site development) , and is scheduled to open as the new Tokyo headquarters in fiscal year 2029 .
Keikyu Corporation is planning to build a skyscraper with 29 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground, approximately 160m high, with a total floor area of approximately 313,100m², consisting of offices, commercial facilities, a hotel, MICE (conference and multipurpose hall), etc. on the former site of the Shinagawa Goose complex in front of the Takanawa exit of Shinagawa Station (Takanawa 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo). Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with the building scheduled to open in 2029 .
