Innovative open-air design that combines beauty and functionality

Developed at the same time as the coupe model, the new Vantage Roadster combines excellent driving performance and comfort while minimizing the weight and loss of rigidity that typically accompany a convertible. The car maintains beautiful body lines with the roof up or down, and its steeply raked windscreen and high waistline create beautiful proportions that seem as if it were designed from the start as a roofless model.

An evolved Z-fold roof that pursues lighter weight and higher rigidity

The roof system uses a “Z-fold” structure that is faster and lighter than the conventional “K-fold.” Eliminating the tonneau cover has resulted in further weight reduction and a lower center of gravity. The roof is constructed with eight layers of insulation, ensuring the same level of quietness as the coupe model while keeping the weight increase to just 60 kg. The roof can be opened or closed while driving at speeds of up to 50 km/h, and takes just 6.8 seconds. It can also be opened or closed using a remote control within a distance of 2 m.
The latest technology supports overwhelming performance
The new Vantage Roadster is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine that produces a maximum output of 665 PS and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. Thanks to larger turbochargers, newly designed camshaft profiles, and an optimized compression ratio, maximum output has increased by 155 PS and maximum torque by 115 Nm compared to the previous model. This powerful engine, combined with a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, accelerates from 0 to 97 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 323 km/h.
Chassis and suspension for ultimate driving pleasure
To minimize the loss of rigidity that accompanies the open-top design, the body’s rear attachment method has been improved and optimized shear panels have been placed, further increasing lateral rigidity compared to the coupe model. The front-to-rear weight distribution remains ideal at 49:51, and the adoption of a race-inspired unequal-length double wishbone front suspension, a multi-link rear suspension, and specially tuned Bilstein DTX adaptive dampers delivers excellent handling performance.
A sophisticated cockpit that captivates the driver

The new Vantage Roadster’s cockpit is a luxurious and sporty space, combining high-quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship. The ergonomically designed seats provide both comfort and excellent support. The controls are conveniently located on the centre console for intuitive operation. Compatible with the Aston Martin Connected app, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the car also supports a comfortable drive.
A wide range of personalization options to create a unique car
Three new body colors have been added: “Iridescent Sapphire,” “Satin Iridescent Sapphire,” and “Bronze Flare.” The roof color can be selected from “Black,” “Red,” “Blue,” and “Black & Silver.” Furthermore, four types of 21-inch wheels and seven colors of brake calipers can be selected, allowing owners to customize their vehicle to reflect their individuality.
A true sports car in the Aston Martin tradition
The new Vantage Roadster is a true sports car that combines Aston Martin’s renowned craftsmanship, innovative engineering and timeless design. Combining the exhilaration of open-air driving with phenomenal performance, it is sure to captivate sports car enthusiasts worldwide.
