The Spacia Gear is the first Suzuki minicar to feature a digital speedometer and multi-information display (color), as well as a heated steering wheel . The platform is built on the HEARTECT , and the use of a ring-shaped frame structure and structural adhesives has improved body rigidity and handling stability. Damping adhesives are also used on the underbody joints, enhancing interior quietness. The rear step’s ground clearance (345mm) and the sliding door opening width (600mm) and opening height (1250mm) have been designed with ease of entry and exit in mind. Additionally, an entry/exit grip with an enlarged handle has been added to improve ease of entry and exit from the rear seats.

The exterior concept will remain the same, but the design will be changed to give it a completely new look.
The Spacia Gear will largely retain the same concept as its predecessor, with some changes to the front design. The round LED headlights and headlight garnish make it instantly recognizable as the Spacia Gear, and the chrome-block front grille creates a powerful impression. Skid plates are also used on the front and rear, giving the car an SUV-like feel.
The orange “GEAR” logo on the side door garnish creates a playful and uplifting feel.
The wheels are 14-inch aluminum wheels with a gunmetallic finish exclusive to the Spacia Gear, with a Phillips head screw motif.
The emblem is a two-tone gunmetallic design accented with orange, and the color coordination has been carefully considered to match all vehicle colors. In addition, the bead shape gives it a functional texture like outdoor gear.
The roof rails have a three-dimensional block-like shape that expresses strength.
About body color
The two-tone roof model features a gunmetal roof color in earth tones, which is a color trend. There are nine patterns available, including six two-tone colors, such as the Mimosa Yellow Pearl Metallic Gunmetallic two-tone roof, which is being used for the first time on the Spacia Gear, and the Soft Beige Metallic Gunmetallic two-tone roof, as well as three monotone colors, such as Moss Gray Metallic.

The interior design focuses on more user-friendly layout and space.
The newly designed steering wheel features a heated steering wheel , a large 9-inch HD display with memory navigation, a digital meter with LCD screen, and Suzuki’s first adoption of an electric parking brake and auto brake hold . For a kei car, the rear seats are also equipped with comfortable features, including a rear center armrest and a multi-use flap that can be used as an ottoman to prevent luggage from falling . The personal table also comes with a stopper for placing tablets and other items. The Spacia Gear’s passenger-seat upper box active features a waterproof black seat, perfect for outdoor activities. The upholstery features designs inspired by mountain ridges, gears, and tire patterns, along with orange stitching. The cargo floor and rear seat backs are also stain-resistant. This allows for easy storage of bicycles, snowboards, and surfboards even when covered in mud or snow. Khaki green is used on the big open tray garnish and instrument panel box, creating a durable, toolbox-like impression. The meter features a protective design that combines a round motif with polygonal details.

The car employs ” Dual Sensor Brake Support II . ” The collision damage mitigation brake employs three types of sensors: millimeter-wave radar, a monocular camera, and an ultrasonic sensor. In addition to vehicles and pedestrians, the system now also detects bicycles and motorcycles. It also detects vehicles and pedestrians when crossing the intersection while turning right or left, helping to avoid or mitigate various collisions.
Forward Collision Warning Function: When driving at speeds between approximately 5km/h and 100km/h, the stereo camera detects vehicles and pedestrians ahead. If it determines there is a possibility of a collision, it will sound an alarm and display a warning message in the meter. It can also detect pedestrians at night.
Forward Collision Warning Brake Function When the possibility of a collision increases, the function not only issues a warning but also automatically applies light brakes to encourage the driver to avoid the collision.
Forward Collision Damage Mitigation Brake Assist Function After determining that there is a high possibility of a collision, if the driver applies the brakes hard, the brake assist function will be activated and increase the braking force.
Automatic braking function: When it is determined that a collision is unavoidable, the system automatically applies strong brakes to avoid the collision or reduce the damage caused by the collision.
False Start Prevention Function: Helps avoid collisions caused by pedal or shift operation errors. The stereo camera detects obstacles within approximately 4m ahead. If the driver presses the accelerator hard despite the presence of an obstacle while stopped or traveling slowly at approximately 10km/h or less, the system automatically reduces engine output to prevent sudden starts and sudden acceleration. Engine output is automatically reduced for up to approximately 5 seconds.
Lane Departure Warning Function: When the vehicle is about to deviate from its lane, a buzzer sounds and an indicator light in the meter warns the driver. When driving at speeds between approximately 60km/h and 100km/h, the stereo camera recognizes the lane markings on both sides. If it determines that the vehicle is about to depart from its lane, a buzzer sounds and an indicator light in the meter alerts the driver.
Sway warning function: If the vehicle sway, a buzzer sounds and an indicator light in the meter will sound to warn the driver. If the stereo camera determines that the vehicle is swaying based on the swaying pattern within the lane while driving at speeds between approximately 60km/h and 100km/h, a buzzer will sound and an indicator light in the meter will light up to alert the driver.
Leading vehicle departure notification function: Notifies the driver when the leading vehicle starts moving with a buzzer sound and a display in the meter. When the vehicle is stopped, if the leading vehicle starts moving and moves away from the vehicle more than 4m away, but the vehicle remains stopped, a buzzer sound will sound and a display in the meter will notify the driver that the leading vehicle has started moving.
Road Sign Assist (RSA) is a system that displays road signs recognized by the forward camera on the multi-information display.

The high beam assist stereo camera detects the brightness of oncoming vehicle headlights and automatically switches between high and low beams. This allows you to drive with high beams without having to switch between them, making nighttime driving safer even on roads with few streetlights.
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) When you press the ACC switch on the steering wheel, the system uses millimeter-wave radar to measure the distance to the vehicle ahead and automatically accelerates or decelerates while maintaining the distance.
