Mitsubishi Motors exhibited the Triton SNOW SHREDDER CONCEPT, which is scheduled to be released in Japan on February 15, 2024, at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2024, which will be held at Makuhari Messe from January 12 to 14, 2024.

Based on the new Triton, this vehicle offers a new way to enjoy snowy mountain leisure activities, unique to pickup trucks. “SNOW SHREDDER” refers to a snowboarder who slices through steep snow and icy surfaces with aggressive turns, and is a custom car that expresses the adventurous spirit of boldly taking on any situation.

The body size is 5,320mm (5,360mm) in length, 1,865mm (1,930mm) in width, 1,795mm (1,815mm) in height, and a wheelbase of 3,130mm, making it one size larger, while the horizontal theme gives it a powerful styling.


The design concept is “BEAST MODE.” The “Dynamic Shield” is a protector that emphasizes the powerful, three-dimensional front grille and powerful design that connects to the fenders, and is optimized for pickup trucks. The daytime running lamps, which feature three L-shaped LED lamps, are combined with three-dimensional, three-eye projector headlights below. It will be released in the second half of 2023 to compete with the “Ford Ranger” and “Toyota Hilux.” The pickup is Mitsubishi’s best-selling model, produced at the Laem Chabang plant. It is sold in Thailand and is sold around the world.
The new Triton , scheduled for release on February 15, 2024, has been developed under the product concept of “Power for Adventure,” and features a completely new interior and exterior design, chassis, ladder frame, engine, and more.

The steering wheel, grips and door handles are designed based on the ” MITSUBISHI TOUCH ” concept, pursuing comfort and strength in the grip.
