Nissan has announced that it will unveil the Nissan Ariya NISMO, a high-performance model of the electric SUV Nissan Ariya, in June 2024. The Nissan Ariya NISMO is an innovative model that demonstrates the new possibilities of EVs. It is a special vehicle that inherits the NISMO spirit, combining overwhelming performance and premium driving. Nissan also announced that new grades of the Nissan Ariya, the B6 e-4ORCE, B9 2WD, B9 e-4ORCE, and B9 e-4ORCE Premier, will be released in late March 2024 .

About the exterior of the new Nissan Ariya NISMO
The Ariya NISMO features side skirts, a rear wing, a rooftop spoiler, special wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport tires, and a more aggressive rear bumper, all exclusive to NISMO. It also features exclusive NISMO branding, including multiple NISMO badges. It embodies the dynamism of NISMO, improving aerodynamic performance. To improve aerodynamic performance, extensive race car knowledge has been incorporated, achieving a high level of both reduced air resistance and increased downforce, which are particularly important for an EV. The Ariya NISMO model is equipped with tires and lightweight, high-rigidity 20-inch aluminum wheels, and each component of the chassis is tuned specifically for NISMO, improving the vehicle’s stability and turning ability for a light, smooth ride.

The interior features exclusive NISMO seats and a design that exudes a high-quality feel and a sense of exhilaration. A wide range of body colors and comprehensive equipment
The body color lineup includes six colors, including a two-tone NISMO Stealth Gray with a black roof. For vehicles equipped with the NISMO-exclusive BOSE Premium Sound System, selecting NISMO mode produces EV sound similar to that of a Formula E car, providing an exhilarating driving experience.
Nissan’s new “Ariya NISMO” specifications
The standard Ariya currently delivers a maximum output of 389 hp (290 kW/394 PS) and 442 lb-ft (599 Nm) of torque. The new Ariya NISMO increases maximum power output by approximately 10%, increasing it from 290 kW to 320 kW in the NISMO B9 e-4ORCE and from 250 kW to 270 kW in the NISMO B6 e-4ORCE. NISMO also offers acceleration tuning specifically tailored for NISMO . Furthermore, the NISMO-tuned e-4ORCE, which utilizes NISMO-specific tuning for electric all-wheel control technology, achieves superior line tracing even at the limit of driving, enabling precise cornering.
