About the Jeep Avenger

This model is smaller than the compact SUV “Renegade,” measuring 4,105mm long, 1,775mm wide, and 1,595mm high, with a ground clearance of 200mm. The exterior features a modern design that enhances its quality. The front features the brand’s signature 7-slot grille and the latest headlights, split into upper and lower sections. The fenders, which house the 18-inch wheels, have a rugged style, and the body is equipped with 360-degree guards to enhance resistance to scratches on rough roads. The taillights feature an “X” design inspired by jerry cans used to transport gasoline.

It is equipped with the latest gasoline hybrid and electric vehicle powertrains, with the electric vehicle having a maximum range of 480km.

The new Avenger comes standard with a 10.25-inch touchscreen audio navigation system. It’s paired with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, but lacks the customization options found in some rivals. The infotainment screen is easy to operate, even when customized, but the graphics are drab.

Thankfully, Jeep’s designers have arranged the center console with a row of shortcut buttons, and it’s also compatible with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, making it easy for drivers to use. There’s a total of approximately 26 liters of space under the dashboard, in the large center console, and in the door pockets. The divider in the large center console is removable and adjustable.

The large centre console has a removable and adjustable divider, and the luggage compartment has a capacity of 355 litres, providing ample storage.

Selec-Terrain® drive mode system with six selectable driving modes

This is the first front-wheel-drive Jeep vehicle to come standard with Selec-Terrain® and Hill Descent Control. The Selec-Terrain® system offers six selectable driving modes:

 Normal: Suitable for everyday driving.

 Eco: Extends driving range

. Sport: Increases power output for fun driving

. Snow: Maximizes traction on icy roads and trails

. Mud: Increases grip on muddy surfaces.

Sand: Maximizes traction on sandy surfaces.

The Hill Descent Control function helps you maintain a constant speed even on steep downhill slopes.

Avenger Launch Edition, a limited edition car commemorating the new model

To commemorate the launch of the new model, the Jeep Avenger Launch Edition will be released in a limited run of 150 units, priced at 5,950,000 yen. The Avenger Launch Edition is a limited edition model that adds four special features to the base model: a power sunroof, 18-inch aluminum wheels, a black painted roof, and a yellow dashboard, as well as a 1/43 scale diecast that faithfully reproduces the real thing, with a total value of approximately 330,000 yen.
