Lotus announced and began taking reservations for the 2025 Japanese model of the new Emira on October 1, 2024. The start date for orders and pricing for the Emira V6 are scheduled to be announced during the fourth quarter of 2024.
About the 2025 Lotus Emira
The 2025 Emira model has evolved to meet customer needs while retaining Lotus’ renowned driving dynamics. The previous First Edition has been replaced by three new models: Emira Turbo, Emira Turbo SE and Emira V6 . Each model offers the outstanding aerodynamics and thrilling performance that Lotus is known for.

The Emira Turbo is equipped with a 355hp four-cylinder turbo engine and an eight-speed DCT gearbox. The Emira Turbo features new core performance features such as single-piece brakes, as well as a number of new design features.
The Emira Turbo SE is a high-performance model with increased maximum power output of 406 PS and increased torque of 5.1 kgm. The 0-100 km/h time is 4.0 seconds.
The Emira V6 , Lotus’ last internal combustion engine, is equipped with a 3.5L V6 supercharged engine that produces 406 horsepower. It’s available with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The Emira V6 is equipped with performance features such as cross-drilled and ventilated two-piece brake discs, Goodyear Eagle F1 Super Sport tires, touring suspension, and a limited-slip differential (LSD) for manual transmissions.
The 2025 model has evolved in every aspect, including improved aerodynamic performance through a new exterior design, the adoption of the latest infotainment system, and the inclusion of advanced safety systems.
Lotus Emira 2025 model price and grade
The price for the Emira Turbo is 17,424,000 yen (including consumption tax), and the price for the Emira Turbo SE is 18,040,000 yen (including consumption tax). The start date for ordering the Emira V6 and its price will be announced during the fourth quarter of 2024.
Lotus new Emira
Building on the Emira’s signature striking exterior lines, thrilling dynamic performance with a unique blend of ride comfort and handling, and exceptional aerodynamics, the 2025 model takes performance and design to the next level.
The new Emira is clearly inspired by an upcoming electric hypercar, whose name Lotus says translates to “Leader” in an unspecified ancient language. It measures 4,412mm long, 1,895mm wide, 1225mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,575mm.
















The interior features a 12.3-inch digital meter, a 10.25-inch touchscreen media system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 10-channel premium sound system from the UK’s KEF.
