Acura has released the first teaser images of the 2025 ADX, preparing for its debut in the fall of 2024. This model may be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which opens in November 2024. This model is expected to be based on Honda’s HR-V (known as the Vezel in Japan), and will be the fourth SUV after the MDX , RDX , and ZDX . This will bring Acura’s SUV lineup to include models A to Z.
About the new 2025 Acura ADX
The teaser images reveal a premium interior with two-tone seats and a panoramic moonroof. The ADX will likely be equipped with a turbocharged engine, likely a 1.5L four-cylinder engine producing around 200 horsepower.

Pricing is important, considering Acura’s most affordable crossover currently starts at $44,700, and BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, and Mercedes all offer lower-priced entry-level models. Honda’s luxury brand is rising to the challenge with the highly anticipated ADX.
This entry-level crossover was originally scheduled to be unveiled in April, but Acura has now released four new teaser images and some early details. From the outside, the premium compact SUV features a prominent rear spoiler and angular rear window, which are combined with a secondary spoiler and wraparound taillights with a chicane motif.

The interior is also luxurious, with two-tone heated and ventilated front seats upholstered in leather and Alcantara. Designers also included contrast stitching, a panoramic moonroof, and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system.

About the powertrain of the new 2025 Acura ADX
Acura hasn’t released any specifics, but it has confirmed that the ADX will be equipped with a turbocharged engine. The model is expected to be based on the Honda HR-V, and the ADX’s powertrain is of particular interest, as the HR-V is only offered with a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 158 hp (118 kW / 160 PS) and 138 lb-ft (187 Nm) of torque.
The ADX could be powered by the CR-V’s 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which produces 190 horsepower (142 kW/193 PS) and 179 pound-feet (242 Nm) of torque. Another possibility is the Integra’s 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, which produces 200 horsepower (149 kW/203 PS) and 192 pound-feet (260 Nm) of torque.
