Nissan’s new Dayz full model change “Dayz e-POWER”
The first e-POWER model to appear in a minicar is expected to combine the second-generation e-POWER with a 660cc minicar engine . This model is equipped with the MM48 motor, also used in the Sakura, the first electric minicar. This motor delivers a maximum output of 47kW at 2,302-10,455rpm and a maximum torque of 195Nm at 0-2,302rpm. Advanced control technology ensures quick and smooth acceleration, allowing for smooth merging onto highways. The car also features the e-Pedal Step system, a one-pedal driving system that allows for easy speed control using only the accelerator pedal, making driving more comfortable in urban areas and on snowy roads.

About the new Nissan Dayz
Nissan announced a full model change for the new Dayz on March 14, 2019, and released it on March 28. At the same time, Mitsubishi Motors also fully redesigned and released the new EK Wagon. The Dayz will undergo a minor change and be announced and released on September 29, 2023. This is the first minor change in three years, and this time, the exterior design has been revised, the radiator grille has been completely redesigned, and a digital V-motion design has been adopted. A new Nissan emblem has been adopted , and a V-shaped grille and aggressive headlights have been incorporated. The Highway Star grade model incorporates many Nissan design features, such as a large V-motion grille, boomerang-shaped headlights, and a powerful body shape. Furthermore, it features horizontal signature LED lamps, and the headlights have a delicate design that further accentuates the distinctive boomerang shape.


The interior of the Highway Star X Series features seats made of a deep black tricot fabric with an embossed finish, made from a mixture of brown and blue tones, while the Highway Star G Turbo Series features full leather-like material with perforations that reveal cassis-colored accents.





Six new colors have been added, including Nissan’s first Silky Lilac, making a total of 12 colors available, including five two-tone colors and seven monotone colors.The X and S grades are available in a wide variety of colors, including three two-tone colors and eight monotone colors, for a total of 11 colors.

For the first time in a light vehicle, “Bearing Side Warning (BSW)” and “Reverse Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)” are standard equipment, and in addition to the conventional front and rear driving assistance, rear side safety has been strengthened to realize 360-degree safety assistance. “LED headlights,” which improve visibility at night and were standard equipment in the Highway Star series, are now optional on the X grade, and the performance of “Intelligent Emergency Braking” has been improved.
