The new TZ is expected to be a flagship EV model, with a larger size than the current RZ model. The design features a horizontal side view, a coupe-like roofline, and a tough hood shape.

The front of the vehicle features split LED headlights, a covered single-frame grille, and a large alloy wheel. The cabin’s glass area and door handles may be shared with the Toyota Highlander EV.
The new TZ is expected to be based on the TNGA-K architecture, with a body size similar to the Toyota Highlander EV. The three-row seat layout is expected to be a 6- or 7-seater, with a family-friendly design.

The powertrain is expected to be available in two grades, the TZ450e and TZ550e, with a possible addition of a higher-grade model, the TZ600e or TZ700e. The battery capacity is expected to be around 77kWh or 95.8kWh, with a maximum range of approximately 320 miles.
The new TZ is expected to feature advanced technologies, including the Lexus Safety Sense +4.0 system, a dynamic rear steering system, and a 12.3-inch full LCD meter.
The price range is expected to be above $60,000, with competitors including the Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 9, and Volvo EX90. The new TZ is expected to be a strong player in the premium EV market, with its unique design, advanced technologies, and luxurious interior.
