Peugeot has made minor changes to its fastback saloon, the 508, and announced the Japanese model on February 29, 2024. The price is 7,508,000 yen.

The 508, which has undergone a minor change with the latest grille and brand logo, has been completely redesigned, with new headlights and grille shapes, and LED lights with a lion’s fang motif as an accent. The 3008 and 5008 SUV are equipped with a new mild hybrid engine recently added. The new EPHERRA design is used on the wheels.

The interior features the innovative PEUGEOT i-COCKPIT® cockpit layout, an updated 10-inch large touchscreen, and the connected navigation system “PEUGEOT i-Connect® Advanced” that supports navigation, real-time traffic information, e-remote control (scheduled charging, scheduled air conditioning), and software updates. It can be fully customized with widgets and scrollable windows. The front seats, which come standard with nappa leather, are certified by the German Association for Spine Health Promotion (Aktion für Gesunder Rücken) and, together with the FOCAL® premium HiFi system, ensure a comfortable drive.
Additionally, the 12.3-inch digital gauge pack visible above the steering wheel rim has new display modes for navigation, media and driver assistance, and the 508 has improved voice recognition software. The automatic gear selector has been changed to a toggle type that can be operated with just your fingertips.
