Toyota’s new Land Cruiser 250 Japanese model release date?

Toyota will officially announce and release the Japanese model of the new Land Cruiser 250 on April 18, 2024, with production set to begin on April 25, 2024, so we believe the car will definitely be released. However, while purchase quotas will be allocated to each dealer, the percentages and numbers vary, and delivery times are expected to be long, just like the Land Cruiser 300.
Toyota’s new Land Cruiser 250 Japanese model: Specifications for each grade
There are five grades in total: the base grade “GX,” the mid-range grade “VX,” and the high-end grade “ZX.” There are also special edition First Editions, “First Edition VX” and “First Edition ZX.”

The Land Cruiser 250 is a mid-range model in the Land Cruiser series. The price has already been provisionally announced. The official price is expected to be announced on April 10, 2024.

Special edition “First Edition”
Sales volume is 8,000 units. The lineup includes the high-end grade “First Edition ZX” and the mid-range grade “First Edition VX” .
There are certain grades for which you can select “round eyes”
- The standard model’s high-grade “ZX” cannot be fitted with rounded headlights.
- The special edition “First Edition ZX” features rounded headlights
This time, if you want rounded headlights for the exterior, you can choose the “VX” grade and select the dealer option, or choose the “GX” grade. The higher-end “ZX” grade does not have rounded headlights. However, although it’s a little confusing, the special edition “First Edition ZX” does have rounded headlights. The “First Edition VX” can have rounded headlights selected as a dealer option, just like the base model.
VX gasoline vehicles are not recommended.
The 12.3-inch full LCD digital meter is not available on the VX (gasoline vehicle) grade this time. It is not standard equipment unless you select the higher-end ZX grade.

- If you want a square exterior, choose the diesel “ZX” or “First Edition VX.”
If you want a square exterior, the highest grade diesel model is the “ZX” or “First Edition VX.”
If you want a rounded exterior, the premium diesel “First Edition ZX” is the one to go for. It comes with all the latest features and options, so you can enjoy the latest equipment. Furthermore, as it’s a limited edition of 8,000 units, we recommend it, considering future resale potential.
