Mazda Europe released teaser images of the new CX-80 on April 11, 2024. Mazda will unveil the all-new CX-80, a three-row SUV, at 12:00 PM CST (local time) on April 18, 2024 (8:00 PM Japan time on the 18th). Pre-sales of the new Mazda CX-80 will begin in Europe in May, with the car scheduled to be available in dealerships from autumn 2024.
About the new Mazda CX-80 in Europe
The brand’s second model based on a large platform after the CX-60, it is the spaciousest vehicle Mazda offers in the European market, setting a new standard in the region. Spacious, comfortable, versatile and fun to drive, the new Mazda CX-80 combines avant-garde design inspired by Japanese aesthetics, the latest generation of technology and equipment, and the driving performance that is characteristic of the brand’s models.
The brand’s second model to be based on a large platform after the CX-60, the new CX-80 is approximately 5m long and has a wheelbase of over 3m. It is longer and taller than the hugely popular CX-60, and also has a significantly longer wheelbase. The CX-80 offers three different configurations for the second row of seats, including two high-comfort seats separated by a centre console, combined with two flat-folding third-row seats.
